RTG Crane Rubber Type Container Gantry Crane

Rubber tyre container gantry crane (referred to as yard bridge) is suitable for port, wharf, logistics and other container yard or transfer station of international standard container handling and loading and unloading. It is supported on the inflatable rubber tire, often powered by diesel generator, and can also be powered by cable reel and lithium battery. It is composed of large car mechanism, small car assembly, gantry frame, power system and special container spadders.Design, manufacture and inspect FEM, DIN,IEC, AWS, GB and other latest domestic and foreign standards. Zehua RTG has various functions, high efficiency, stability and reliability, a wide range of operations, good mobility, little sensitivity to ground unsmoothness, convenient use, maintenance, maintenance, the biggest characteristics of straight, horizontal, 0-90 degree steering and in situ rotation.
With perfect safety indication and overload protection device, to ensure the maximum safety of operators and equipment. Electric drive adopts full digital AC frequency conversion, PLC control speed regulation unique technology, flexible control, high precision. 2, The working environment temperature ranges from -20℃ to +45℃ and the relative humidity is no lower than 95%(with dew).
3, In-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 20m/s; out-of-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 44m/s.
